We are friends Victoria, writer, journalist and novelist, and Cindy, memoirist, writer and effectiveness coach, who share a passion for great stories.
We facilitate an inclusive, energy-positive evening salon in which authors feel inspired to exchange work and insights, spark connections, find friendship and link with collaborators.

I am a journalist, editor and author exploring publication routes for my debut novel, Scrutiny, as well as a co-founder of Real Writers Circle. While I understand that sitting alone at my computer is a prerequisite for getting words onto the page, I believe that getting together with other creatives is essential to sustain a writer’s life.

I am the author of a memoir and a novel and co-founder of Real Writers Circle. Professionally, I specialise in recruitment and executive coaching, working with leadership teams, groups and individuals to boost their effectiveness. It has proved to be the perfect sphere in which to hone my eye for character description, emotional conflicts and to plot desired outcomes and endings. Working with people experimenting with ways and words is what I enjoy most.
